This little fruit, is a close cousin of lime.
In Philippines, its homeland,
it is concidered as a miracle fruit, fragrancing all foods and houses.
When René tasted the Kalamansi, he was breathtaken by the choc of the gustative intensity
of this little green skined fruit with an orange flesh.
From this gustative density, René was to find different receipe to match his new found baby:
